15 Minute Challenge

A few of my fellow '15 Minute' buddies (and you know who you are) have reminded me that it's only 3 months until Christmas.  Are you ready?  Do you have a plan?  I don't.  I made a bunch of quilts and pillowcases last year for the grandchildren.  What can I do to top that?  Do I want to try?  Thanks for the warning, girls.

I was able to get at least 15 minutes of sewing done each day this week.  I've got the last 3 sections of the BTG quilt sandwiched and ready for quilting.  The sections are somewhat smallish so I don't think it'll take too long to get them quilted (once I start).  My Grandmother's Flower Gardens are moving along as well as the scrappy quilt blocks for my bed at camp.  With all this, who has time for Christmas?!

Hope you have a good day.

Even though I knew Christmas was on the horizon seeing it in writing actually made me panic. Im not ready to think about it yet!

Flower Garden is one of my favourite quilting patterns . Looks like you had a productive and busy week.

Wow, another 7 out of 7 days. Way to go Pat. I thinnk last week I gave you an A, so I guess this week would be an A+.

I had mixed feelings about pushing the panic button concerning the impending holiday madness, but this year I do want to give a few quilts as gifts. Misery loves company (or maybe in this case it's the manic who love company!).

Well done Pat - you've had a busy week. I often find it takes me longer to "start" than what it does to "do" - hope you can make a start on your quilting.
Love scrappy quilts!
