Sewalong Finished

The Christmas Sewalong is finished now after eight weeks.  Here's what the intended final result was supposed to be:

But I had a different idea.  I needed a tree skirt.  I used the you-tube video How to Make a Custom Christmas Tree Skirt as a guide to make mine.

I think it's going to look great under my Christmas tree.

Hope you have a good day.

SO! CUTE! (Have I mentioned I want one of everything you make? Except probably not this, as the stupid dogs would pee on it.). Love you, Mom!

Well, aren't you the clever one? I haven't decided what I'm going to do with my blocks. I don't really have a place to put a banner, so maybe another wall hanging? I guess I better decide soon. I hope we'll get to see pictures once yours in around your tree.

Sweet - I love the banner for the mantle! I like the tree skirt as well, but find they get covered up with presents very quickly! :)

How clever you are! That's a great idea, and I like the way it turned out. You won't want to cover that with presents. =)
