15 Minute Challenge

I've been working steadily on gifts for a few of my friends and followers and loving every minute of it.  I've mailed off two and another is ready to be mailed, all I have to do is package it.  I love all the projects thus far and have been tempted to keep them but then I wouldn't be working up to my word 'GIVE'.  It's killing me not to be able to post photos but I will after they're received.

I've also been working merrily along on crochet snowflakes.  I don't know yet what I'll do with all of them but I'm sure I'll figure something out.  I like having takealong projects and something to work on in the evening when I'm too pooped to do anything else.

Here's how this past week worked out:

And off topic....does anyone know how to stop following a blog?  It seems in my messing around I've managed to follow my own blog and I can't remember how to fix it.

Hope you had a good day.

I can't remember why just now, but for some reason I had to start following my blog for some reason. I'd like to clean out my list, so if you learn how to stope following, please share! Please?

Another productive week at your house, good for you!

A suggestion for the stars. Use embrodiery thread and decorative stitches to attach them to a sweatshirt as gift for someone. I did that a few years ago as Christmas gifts for my SILs and they loved them.

To unsubscribe, go to Google Reader. Acorss the top it says "Blogs I'm following", click on Blogger dashboard link on the line below that. That should take you to a list of the blogs you are following. Click on Settings on the line where your blog is listed and unsubscribe. That should work.

Pat it has become very technical to stop following a blog, you can't just click anymore on the ones you are following. Go to the blog you want to quit following (yours) click on subscribe,it will tell you that you already are a follower and it should ask if you want to stop. Click yes and that should take care of it. I did notice you are a dot come and not not a blogger so it might be more difficult, I am not sure.

hello Pat, i'm new to the 15 minute challenge and thought i would pop in on those within the linky to see how it's done.

i'm looking forward to reporting my own progress next tuesday.

crocheted snowflakes are a love of mine but i've never done one. i have a friend who tats them throughout the year and then sells them at Christmas time. i always look forward to picking out a few more for my collection. this year i hung several on a grapevine wreath and added some small sprigs of bright red berries throughout . . . turned out wonderfully as a winter decoration for my front door~! i've also used them in my crazy quilting/embroidery projects with great results.

do they take long to finish?

:-)
